The socialist Toñi Abenza has been elected general secretary of the PSOE in the Lorquí group in an Assembly attended by PSRM-PSOE spokesperson, Francisco Lucas;

the Secretary of Electoral Coordination and Territorial Action, Nuria García, and the Secretary of Organization, Jordi Arce.

Lucas congratulated Toñi Abenza and the rest of the local Executive.

"With the appointment of Toñi, not only the Lorquí group wins, but also the entire Region of Murcia."

"We have achieved a general secretary loyal to the party and socialist principles," added the PSRM-PSOE spokesman.

In his opinion, in all the local groups the change that the party is following at the regional level is being achieved, "focused on the problems of society to create an alternative that will delude all citizens of the Region of Murcia" .
