One more year, on the occasion of the Christmas holidays, the City of Lorquí, through the Department of Commerce and in collaboration with the establishments of the municipality, launches various proposals to facilitate purchases to families and offer discounts on expenses typical of these dates.
Thus, for the fourth consecutive year, the Fourth Trade Fair Outlet has been organized that took place on December 13, 14 and 15 in the Plaza de la Libertad, and which adds to the Christmas shopping campaign that was launched last day 5 of this month.
The shops, installed in several tents, offered a wide variety of products for all ages and tastes.
From child and adult clothing, to decoration, technology, bookstore and accessories, among others.
The opening of the fair, which took place on Friday the 13th and that had the collaboration and participation of the dance school 'Amalia Abenza', was the beginning of a shopping weekend.
Also, several activities and various Christmas workshops were held throughout the day on Saturday.
As for the day on Sunday, the Municipal Bethlehem was inaugurated by the choir of the Association Friends of Music of Lorquí who, along with the director, María Virginia Lucas López, delighted us with a set of Christmas Carols to liven up the evening before numerous neighbors at the entrance of the City Hall.
In addition, the Auditorium 'Enrique Tierno Galván' hosted the Christmas concert of the Association Friends of Music of Lorquí directed by Antonio Fernández Rodríguez, which had a spectacular reception by the neighbors.
Thus, the Councilor for Commerce, Paqui Asensio, highlighted during the campaign presentation the importance of supporting and betting on local commerce, because we contribute to the improvement and development of our municipality, in addition to being able to win prizes and save on our shopping.
For his part, Joaquín Hernández, mayor of Lorquí, did not miss the opportunity to invite all neighbors and visitors to participate in the activities that are part of the Christmas program that will take place these days.
