Lorquí City Council has already begun with the works for reform and rehabilitation of the Cultural Centre "Enrique Tierno Galván" the municipality, work whose aim is to put up, improve and modernize these facilities.

These works, which involve an investment of 136,689 euros, have a grant of more than 123,000 euros from the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Regional Government.

Thus, the work will focus on the toilets and changing rooms of these municipal offices: one will be fully renovated and, secondly, will build a toilet with disabled access.

"With projects like this continue our policy of improving local infrastructure, with which we intend to update and improve the performance of existing and build new facilities," the local mayor, Dolores Garcia Villa.
