On the evening of Wednesday 6 April, the Cultural Centre "Enrique Tierno Galván" in Lorquí hosted the official ceremony of presentation of the candidacy of Dolores Garcia Villa, the Popular Party (PP), mayor of the town in the coming municipal elections May 22.
Garcia Villa, president of the PP and mayor of the municipality Lorquí since 2007, was sheltered by many leaders of his party, as, among many others, the People's Party deputy secretary of the Region of Murcia, Teresa Moreno, Molina mayors Segura, Eduardo Contreras, Cotillas Towers, Domingo Coronado, Archena, Marcos Manuel Sanchez, and Abarán, Antonio Eugenio Martinez, or the Director General of Youth, Veronica Lopez.
"He leads a very complete team, with great enthusiasm and desire to work for Lorquí as we have in the past four years," said the candidate "popular" in a ceremony presented by Joaquín Lorenzo Cremades, Councilman Education, Sports and Youth ilorcitano Consistory.
An evening at the Villa Garcia was surprised by their elected officials with a video projection on the four years spent in front of the local consistory.

In addition, this presentation was attended by the mayors of Cartagena, Pilar Barreiro, and Pliego, Isabel Toledo, as well as the PP candidate for mayor of San Pedro del Pinatar, Visitation Martínez, and Archena, Patricia Fernandez.
The four were donated by the PP with a snap-Lorquí handmade and custom doll in his image and likeness.
