Lorquí City Council from 23 to 29 October the 'Lorquí Recycling Week' with a program of talks and workshops to 'Good environmental practices in the home'.
The program is organized by the Association for Integrated Rural Development of the Municipalities of the Vega del Segura, ECOMUJER project through Interregional Cooperation of Rural Women and Environment, and the City of Lorquí through the Local Development Agency.
The sessions will take place from October 23 at 17.00 hours to 20.00 hours and will combine theoretical talk to promote sustainable habits and domestic routines craft creative workshops, ranging from making gift bags and to purchase or designing jewelry with recycled materials, to the realization of cleaning products and organic cosmetics, among others.
The activities will be completely free and registration will take place at City Hall before October 22.
The workshops will be inaugurated on 23 with the mayor, Joaquín Hernández, and local development council, Carmen Baños.
